Solution for Freecall BLocked In UAE

Recently freecall and actionvoip got blocked in UAE, It is not working with any of the proxy like U94 and hotspotshield. Can You please tell me a solution for Freecall block
I am getting several kind of emails and comments now a days. As I said in my previous opst Etisalat has blocked Freecall, Actionvoip, Justvoip, Skype, etc.Previously they were blocking the website,so people can use some proxies and download the dialer and able to make calls. But now the software its self is in comntrol ,so you can not log in to the software.
I was using some techniques to overcome this issue.Eventhough its working there is no clarity of the voice.What I did is I was seeking some help from free vpn companies and made a seperate vpn account in my laptop and break all proxies. Being its a free service the traffic is huge,hence the connection speed is very less,so no clarity.
Any of you found some alternative solution please post it here and we can share to others aswell.
