Rebtel has gone big this week. It has started a new mobile site that liberates customers form PC for the Rebtel VoIP service, which is somewhat similar to that of Skype.

The users just need to open an account in the site and access VoIP services on their mobile phones. It is very simple with no requirement of special downloads. The customers can make free international calls or very low cost calls with Rebtel users in 37 countries in the world.

Rebtel works more or less similar to that of Skype. First, go to the company’s website rebtel.com/getstarted. Then submit your phone number, name and the place. You should also type the same information of the person to whom you want to talk. Rebtel then generates local phone numbers for the caller and recipient.

With the launch of its mobile website, the Rebtel VoIP service is now more attractive than before. Rebtel has empowered the customers to handle their contacts, dial directly from their mobile address book, and add friends and family at will and at any time.
